বাংলাদেশে স্বর্ণের দাম সাধারণত প্রতি গ্রাম ও প্রতি ভরি—দুইভাবেই বলা হয়। কিন্তু গয়নার ওজন বোঝাতে ভরি, আনা, রতি ও পয়েন্ট একসঙ্গে ব্যবহার হতে পারে। এককগুলোর সম্পর্ক জানা থাকলে দোকানে যাওয়ার আগেই আনুমানিক খরচ বোঝা সহজ হয়।

মেকিং চার্জ ও VAT কীভাবে যোগ হয়?

1. 5 ana = 5 ÷ 16 = 0.3125 vori
2. 3 roti = 3 ÷ 96 = 0.03125 vori
3. 4 points = 4 ÷ 960 = 0.004167 vori
4. Total = approximately 2.3479 vori or 27.39 grams

When the per-vori rate for your selected karat is known, the estimated base value is total vori × price per vori. When using grams, multiply total grams by the per-gram rate.

How making charge and VAT affect the total

The final jewellery price is not based on gold weight alone. Making charge may be a percentage or fixed amount depending on the design and workmanship. VAT and seller-specific wastage, stones, or other charges may also apply. Treat a calculator result as a planning estimate, not a quotation.
