Twenty-two karat gold contains roughly 22 parts gold out of 24 and is a widely used jewellery standard in Bangladesh. A shop’s final jewellery price may also include making charges, VAT, design costs and wastage.
Understanding vori, gram and ana rates
One vori equals 16 ana and is treated as 11.664 grams for calculation. The ana value above is the current per-vori rate divided by 16. Use the gold price calculator for a specific weight.
